Got my seeds in the mail today, less than a week delivery time!

Going to put them in a ziploc bag with moist papertowels, keep that on top of my veg cab. Should have some germinated seeds within a few days! I know we don't have to update often during veg, but I'm going to anyways.

I expect to start flowering them in about two months so I've got time to sex them, get clones rooted, and put the seed plants into flower. Here's a real rough, tentative schedule for these seeds...

Sept 13 - Begin Germination
Sept 20 - Seedling stage begin
Sept 27 - Transplant to 20oz bottles
Oct 11 - Take cuts for sexing
Oct 18 - Show sex, take cuts of females
Nov 1 - Female cuts rooted
Nov 15 - Begin 12/12

I am 100% sure that I'll be collecting pollen from any males I get, combining it all together and making seeds from each female I get. I'll just pollinate a lower bud or two, depending on how things look a couple weeks into flower. Any tips on how to collect pollen with my space would be appreciated. I can't wait to see what comes out of the F2s from this cross, should be some real good stuff!

LG Thai x Deep Chunk

The lemongrass Thai was collected while exploring the jungles of Thailand, looking for the finest cannabis of legends. These seeds were the ultimate prize of many bags purchased along the journey, and were sent home for inspection. We found a great deal of hermaphrodites as is expected with Thai landrace varieties, but were able to rescue some true females for breeding. These seeds are the result of a mating of our highly selected “Lemongrass Thai’, mated to our chosen Deep Chunk indicas to increase the yield, and diminish the flowering time of the sativa nature of the mother Thai. The Lemongrass Thai, although sturdy for a sativa, has an above average yield for her type and the resulting hybrid seed produce long colas of shimmering, stacked calyxes. She has an extraordinarily high calyx-to-leaf ratio, and requires minimal trimming.

Yield is average (300-400 g/ sq m).
Indoor flowering: 8-9 weeks.

Well, only 21 hours after I put them in I've already got 7 showing tails! Looks like they'll all be ready tomorrow, so I think I'll put them in coco when I wake up.

tagged and waiting to see how this F1 hybrid turns out, it should be a nice sat/indi mix, being that the thai is so lanky and the dc is so short and squat. hope this one turns out well for you!

Quick update before work... 10/10 germination! Just planted them into coco starter cells, I'll include a pic of my SD IBL 2 weeks after germination so you can see the roots I'm shooting for before transplant...


I just put those IBL into 20oz bottles with coco after 2 weeks, I'll be following the same plan with these tester seeds.
