I decided to go with Iguana bloom instead sensi A & B, with revive & superthrive im keeping the PH at 6 & temps are kept at around 82*.They're 13 inches now & 1 week into flower on a 15/9 light cycle.
Monday they will go under a 400w hps i just got my closet setup & ready for it.

Icon, seems like you got a little strechy compared to CF1, lights you say?drop those babys outside at that size in spring and..ZOOOOM!

they look happy in that cab though.

so CFLs, could you use them the whole way through?I've never messed around indoor, is there a particulary good noobie thread about light and spectrum you could point my too?I got the very basics of ID but not the nuances of lighting.

Whats up all, i took 3 clones & plan on making a few s1's & was hoping to do an outdoor grow next spring but it will depend on alot of stuff going on here. I usually use 2 65w 6500k cfl's but gave it them to a friend so i used a 105w 4100k cfl i havnt used till now. Im thinking that the spectrum made it stretch a bit & i also had a few days of heat at 90* so that might have done it too. I plan on buying a 250w MH e-conolight & conferting it to a DIY cooltube for veg & buying a 400w CMH for bloom in a few months that should stop the stretch.

Don sorry to hear about your bad luck maybe you could get a pack from the bay & do another run with better luck.

Under the 400w they go! I put up some poly film on my closet with a zipper bcuz my closet doors are heavy & always coming off the tracks.Pics are with the HPS light off.

They still have a low odor but i made a carbon scrubber anyway i'll show pics of that next update. I took 2 clones on 10-20-08 & they are rooted it took exactly 1 week.I used 1 drop iguana grow 1 drop of revive & 1 drop of superthrive in a pint of water.

Yeah i agree they're pretty easy & i also cant wait to see how the buds turn out with density, smell, taste etc... & the smoke. But i ran into a little snag.
I figure its calcium & magnesium deficency but they get 5ml of revive per feeding. Although my ph was a bit high & that caused the start of a downfall. Im a little worried since its been only a week since these problems started & its so rapid. I have 2 other strains that didnt get any dificiency at all.I adjusted my ph to 5.9 - 6.0 & was thinking of spraying them with dolimeted lime or epsom? anyone have any tips....anyone....anyone....bu eller....bueller?

In organic soil, that problem occurs fairly often. I have tried adjusting the PH down and it still occurs, but not on every plant. Thats what leads me to believe it's not a PH issue.

The only way I have found to stop that rust spotting and withering is to mix a Dolomite Lime solution of 1 good tablespoon of lime powder with a gallon of water. Then I apply 1/2 gallon of that to the plant roots and within a day it stops. I will watch the plants in the upcoming weeks and apply again if necessary.

I am not sure you would want to use the lime in coco, cuz there could be better products out there, but to me that is a classic problem that occurs in my soil mix and is fixed by lime. I still keep my PH around 6.5 or lower also.

It does occur very fast and can appear within several hours, and starts low and works its way up the plant if not dealt with.

Thats awsome bro. Love the panda tarp zip door. fckn awsome. something i would have done!
Dont stress about them leaves. If you do stress, flush them bishes hard... run a few litres of water through them then feed half strenth maybe. Man i just leave dying leaves untill they look like the plant has used all the resourses from them, then trim them off. But i do leave them on untill they look totaly gone...Good work. my fav cannacopia thread so far!
