Question Hey Franco, are these outdoor Church OK??

So for about 2 weeks now my plants have looked like this.
About 3 weeks ago they got a little tip burn from the hot soil/nute combo.
Inside the canopy looks normal/healthy.
The downward canoe curve has me concerned (pic 1).
Ideas appreciated!
Here is the rundown:

SOIL:

How long has this problem been going on?
2 weeks

What STRAIN are you growing?
Church

What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
clone

What is the age of your plants?
3 months

How Tall are the plants?
4 feet

What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
veg

What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
soil straight up

What size pots are you using?
outdoor in holes - used 1.5 cu ft organic soil per hole

What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?
Humboldt Flower Products Mendo Mix soil planted in holes in the ground

What Nutrient's are you using?
FloraNova Grow

How much of each with how much water?
1.5 ec 2 gal per plant

How Often?
Plain water at first (hot soil) then alternate plain water and nute feedings every 3-4 days - moisture meter says between dry-moist by day 3

What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
1.5

What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
in the ground - don't know

What method of pH test was administered?
ph 6.3 via meter

How often are you watering?
every 3-4 days

When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
last feeding 3 weeks ago - normally feed every other watering

What size bulb are you using?
sun

What is the distance to the canopy?
92 million miles

What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)
55-65

What is the canopy temperature?
70

What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
72/49

What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
5-25mph

Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
wind

Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
no

Is your water HARD or SOFT?
soft - .17 ec

What water are you using?
filtered

Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
2 months ago - 1 pinch

Have any pest chemicals been used?
no

Are plant's infected with pest's?
no

looks like too much water (did it rain a lot?) or too cold temp for root system (seems improbable...).
Other than that looking really good man.
Try treat one plant only with a light foliar feeding and stop water via roots for a day or two, and see if it corrects the issue.

No rain here in quite some time.
I have been watering every 3 or 4 days because when I put a moisture meter in the hole it reads that it needs water.
I have 1.5 cu ft of good soil in each hole.
Maybe the soil that I put in is drying but the plant is still getting water from the ground deeper down?
I'll try what you suggested and see if they perk up a bit.
This particular Church pheno stays very squat and usually turns purple.
I have another pheno that is more "sativa like" in structure, doesn't turn purple, but smokes the same.
I love them both!

Yeah, possible that the roots go down so deep they reached some water on their own....

the more squat church is my favorite, sweeter and somehow more complex in the buquet....
