Only if the thread has zero replies to it, you can delete your post and the thread should disappear

If not:

1) send a message to admin. asking for the thread to be deleted.

2) make a clear statement on the thread that you wish it to be closed.

The words "Please Close This Thread" works best on your own thread,, but they may not work on other peoples... lol
