I have not read the whole thread. So it might have been said.

THE BEST REASON NOT TO SAY ANYTHING IS THAT WHATEVER YOU SAY ISNT WHAT GOES IN THE POLICE REPORT. COPS LIE AND CHANGE WORDS AND SITUATIONS IN POLICE REPORTS TO MAKE YOU GUILTY AND THEM GOOD COPS

fuckers....I really only hate one group of people. I would never befriend a cop. Never done a single good thing for me.

1969 I got pulled over in west texas by a
state trooper I had hair to the middle of
my back he set me in the back seat of his car
after taking my whole wallet he asked a lot of
questions I just said yes SIR or no SIR or I
don't know SIR never asked if he could search
but he did search it pulled a trunk out flipped it
opened and up side down in the ditch never looked
in it just dumped it in the ditch after he empted
my van on the side of road he came n sat in
his car looked at me n said "son I pulled you over
just to bust your head but damn it you won't
give me a reason to" he gave me a speeding
ticket and left since i had 10 lbs in the trunk
I said thank you and took my time reloading
my van lol

everyone needs too sit thru these....surprisingly they are from Pat Robertson's university which almost kept me from watching them. Don't judge by that, just watch them.

Great thread!

Just print one out and stash it in the car around the house or in your wallet.

Just smile and hand it to the nice officer.

below is the exact verbage and a link to the page is at the bottom.

That guy is right, don't talk to the police. Practice, in front of a mirror. "I'd like to remain silent, I'd like to speak to an attourney".

But he still sounds like a cross between Billy Mays and Tony Little.

Make sure that you have a good attorney on retainer. Speaking from experience.

My friend got pulled over for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. He decided to play the bad boys theme song on his ipod for the officer. He got off with a warning because the officer thought it was amusing. I'm sure it could turn into "you think this is a joke son?" really easily though.

Good thread, nice videos too.

Yes -- this is good advice... I told the cops after I was mirandized and asked if I understood my rights that I didn't understand them... they asked if I understood english... I told them yes. They asked what part of my rights do I not understand. I told them all of them... they asked if I was trying to be smart... I responded "No sir... I realize this is a serious situation and I need a lawyer to explain me my rights" -- they quit asking me any type of questions after this exchange.

however just keeping your mouth shut is prob the smarter route
