I had mine pre-ordered from Amazon also. They say I should receive it before the end of the month. Then I went into a comic book shop and there it was! I couldnt wait for Amazon, so I bought it. I think my expectations were a bit too high. I was a bit disappointed that there wasnt more coverage of Freak Brothers memorabilia. It's still a terrific addition to my collection.
It seems to me, like it was just a quick throw together to raise money to complete the Freak Brothers movie, which is fine with me cause I want to see that movie made before I "buy the farm".Farmer John, I hear ya, bro. The Freaky Bros have gotten me thru some dark times in my life also. Also, helped me to realize what is important in this life. I think I owe them at least a phat sack! lol Peace.

Good deal, a book & a movie!
I personally owe more to Cheech n Chong for guiding my formative years lol still had all of Fat Freddy's Cat & most of the Freak Bros though. Did anyone else have the TheSeedBank & SSSC catalogs in the late 70's? The hours I spent looking & drooling at those lol Good to see SSSC still going strong, either TSB is gone or I have the name slightly wrong? was a looong time ago lol Does anyone know if CnC's Big Bambu album is still available with the giant rolling paper? Was thinking about busting one out at the '09 Cup? Peace, Love, Dope :p Edit: I found several BigBambus w/paper for $30-40 usd

I once had Zap comics issues #0, #2, #3 and #5
First time I ever came across FFBs LOL Man... what a crazy comic... too bad I picked it up at 14. Probably woulda been better if I hadn't read that crap until I was 18 ROTFL! Life kinda shocks ya young sometimes... Issue #0 had a full page on the inside back cover (I think) showing how to take a hit of pot and hold it until your brain exploded.... Funny stuff
