Any of you Juicing out there? vegies and fruits?
I started juicing again. Wondering if anyone else out there is enjoying the benefits of this and what combinations are you doing!

Nice thread!!! Yes I juice pomegranates, lemons, oranges, whatever I can juice! I'm not very creative though, lemonade and sangria are about as far as I have gone! AllRecipies has some good ideas, they have a great lemonade recipe.

lovely red before the morning. I do drink POM which is pomegranates & great for the prostate.

Yeah try not to put peels in there from oranges lemons ect.. they can clogg up the juicer.
I had beets, spinach,apple ,cucumber, carrots this morning shakaka |
