top-level links not working
It seems that these navigation links--My ICmag, Site Menu, Forum Menu, User Menu, and Forum Jump are not working. When I click them, I'm taken back to the very top of the page. Also, I can't apply formatting (boldface, italics, etc.) to any of the text in this post. Any idea what's going on? If the trouble's on my end, what can I do to fix it?

It does that to me when I click on the stuff before the page is fully loaded.

Unfortunately, for me it's happening even when the page is fully loaded. The problem's clearly on my end, but I have no idea what it is or how to correct it.
