ive got mates who have convinced me to try to open a shop with all the products i know about...eg outdoor hydro canna aqua, smart drugs etc

ive been told to get a lawyer to even start.....is that right??

anyone know of a good solicitor over there??.....im so clueless to the legal side.....but what i lack in knowhow i makeup with "will".....an where there is a will there is a way

smartdrugs are ilegal righ now, like mushrooms, salvia.. etc...
u can sell seeds and all the instruments for growing....
I dunno where u want to open it,,, if u want where the brits live,,, probably andalucia....
In the spanish state is legal the private consum of any drugs,, but u cant grow it...

i heard you can have 2 plants per house.......

ive also seen some smart drugs like "spice" being sold in a growshop just out of lasamericas town center

Sounds abit crazy if you dont know the language,alough still possible.
Youll have to employ spanish speaking staff or youll find it hard.
A good place to start would be the town hall.
Will they allow the shop?
A lawer sure would be the best person to find everything required out or in spanish abogado.

yeh man....legal advice first....but finding help is hard

most of the business general services could be done by me on my own.....the goal is to help all the english out there... to get the most out of there legal alowance...

there is a bace of customers, out there, i know of, right now!!
