Iguana Juice Bloom Help
I just started using Iguana Juice Bloom and have been wondering if it's supposed to have a fishy smell to it. I know fish base is the #1 ingredient but on their website they claim it to not smell at all. I just want to make sure the bottle I picked up is still good. Also, I've been flushing for a week with straight water and noticed when I clipped a test piece off that it smelled a bit fishy... not what i want my herb smelling like. I was planning on flushing another week... I have a bottle of Final Phase... maybe I'll give that a try. anyone else use Final Phase and care to share any tips? I'm growing in a soilless coco blend. the plants are loving the iguana juice and the buds look amazing... i just want the fish smell to be gone!!! i need to get 1 plant out... it's hermie'ing like crazy (due to genetics) and i'm getting sick of examining the plant each day to try and find nanners... the crystals are all cloudy and a few amber.. i usually like to take it to 25% amber but don't want to seed the new girls that were just put in... any help would be great.

Iguana Juice in Coco is working you say? No additives?
BTW, my Iguana Juice Bloom smell like an organic tea, but not anywhere near a fish-mix/-emulsion. Never use more than 2ml of it per liter and have never had any bud smell like fish either. (I rarely use pure fish or seaweed based nutrients after week 5 because I find it keep the plants green longer and leave a metallic taste if not used up) AN's seaweed mix, iguana has not been like this and I have used them up to 10days prior to harvest. (I also try Plagron Alga Bloom now 1,5-13-14 NPK is very good for soil blooming hazes and stuff IMO, so if it don't leave metallic taste I will keep using it further.)

3 days after i posted this i did a massive flush with phase. the diesel was in a 2 gallon pot in basement mix (bomb coco blend). i flushed with about 10 gallons of final phase. 4 days later it was good to go. smelled lovely... no fish smell. i'm thinking the bottle i have is bad although my plants are looking better than ever. the bottle smells like fish... not as bad as fish emulsion but definitely very fishy. if it gets on your hands all you can smell is fish. also, i've noticed that is has an oily appearance. it leaves an oily coating on my measuring cup and i have to wash it with hot water to get it off. when mixed with water you can see the oily appearance on the top of the water. i thought oily shit was bad for plants? i'm 99% sure this is a bad bottle. i hope the shop i bought it at has a better batch... otherwise i'm guessing i'll have to go back to pbp. yes, iguana bloom is working in coco and working well. i just don't want to have to give such a massive flush (i had already done a 6 gallon flush with pure h2o a week before). i am not sure if you could use plain iguana bloom in coco as i am using sensi mg bloom as well. i'm also using big bud, sweet leaf, organic b (1x every 1-2 weeks), and liquid karma.

just so everyone knows iguana juice bloom ALWAYS has a bit of a fishy smell. it's nowhere near the smell of fish emulsion but it's def got a fish smell to it. the dude at the shop exchanged my bottle with a brand new batch and it was exactly the same. i felt pretty dumb, thanks kenny. also, the oily type look is normal. AN verified the batches were good.

i Just started using Iguana Juice, and both the grow & Bloom Smell like fish, or fish food. I used the bloom last night for the first time and there are chuncks of "stuff" floating inside the water. Is that normal?
