DH I had a post disappear too.It was an innocuous one that did post as I saw it in the thread then next time I went back it was gone.No apparent reason,must be some technical issue with the site

That would be an issue for Admin, mods can't do anything about that. Your pics don't have the same name, do they?

Post(s) will vanish if the thread it was posted in gets moved to the bin.
Post(s) will vanish if the thread it was posted in is deleted by admin. Post(s) will vanish if deleted by admin. Post(s) will vanish if the thread it was posted in gets 'split' and the split portion is in the bin. Posts will vanish (from all eyes except admin and the forum mod for the forum it was posted in) if the member who posted it has been placed into invisible mode by admin. These are the first explanations which come to mind. princess cronic............the post you speak of is in a thread which is in the bin now. Digital.....please send info to me via pm about your missing post, in more detail, and I'll put a search party on it....bet it's hiding in another thread somewhere and just needs finding...send me what you believe you posted and will search the db for it. It is possible that you posted it in a different thread by accident. Every member in good standing should be able to scroll through ALL posts they've made and view them....although if for one of the bin or deleted reasons above, you would not see it. Shoot me a pm, will see what's up. Thanks, dg |
