I have only females of a certain strain and want to make some seeds, though I don't need 'feminized' seeds. How can I stress a female plant to create male pollen, other than over-extending her budding time and waiting for male bananas to come out of the buds?

I'd say the easiest way would be to use Colloidal Silver. You can make your own generator for under $30 I think and then you just spray that on the nodes from the start of flowering and you'll get male flowers, collect that pollen and you can either self pollinate or use it to cross to another female you have, the seeds will be feminized.
