ghs trainwreck

hi everyone i'm new to the board.just finished up some of ghs' the church and trainwreck in hempy buckets with gh flora 3 part.since gh has a vendor forum here,i would like to say first that the church is everything you guys say.i love it dearly and would gladly purchase more in the future.on the other hand, the "trainwreck" release is a joke.you guys really should stop sticking elite clone names to your product.your products can for the most part stand on their own without the false names.with the trainwreck you guys really hurt yourselves.people are talking, nobody seems to want your stuff that much.my trainwreck just finished a cure in a jar for better than a month and it sucks horribly.barely gets me high, tastes very faint.the nugs are nice looking and feeling and super sticky, but they just don't do much.there is no way this is any cut of trainwreck or it wouldn't be the legendary smoke that it is.and now the bubba and og kush(which cuts?) and chemdog?i won't be spending any of my cash for them.i hope i'm not making a bad impression as i'm new here, but i've waited for months to try this out and it really blows.i would'nt pay 25.00 for a quarter of this.just wasted space in my area.thanks franco and arjan!

indeed that is true.and i try hard not to blame others for my mistakes and shortcomings.i may have mentioned that i am new to growing and i full well see that i know next to nothing about this wonderful plant.but considering the difference in the church and the trainwreck, both grown totally the same. clearly i didn't screw things up enough that i killed the potency in it or something i'm sure or the church would suck too.but clearly this is a matter of something not being what it is reputed to be.that is false and i having paid my money, deserve the right the report my dissapointment in my purchase to the vendor that i was dumb enough to believe.and now with the colored seeds?may i ask what good a colored seed would be to anyone at all?stick to making quality product guys, not all this flash and crap.i think that is fair.i just don't like getting ripped off very much.

This might not be identical to the Arcata TW ( I wouldnt know ) but these plants have beautiful coloration and foul smell in a good way.. These are going into week 7 i believe if my Stoner memory serves me right.. .. =-).. Anyhow the smell is overwhelming like dead carcus with hints of menthol and lemon.. So much so that my neighbor asked me if I had smelled something like Dead Bodies and Vicks Vapor Rub in the hall, guess my scrubber needs new carbon, took care of this ASAP.. . He wanted to take a look under the building wood floors to see if he saw anything.. luckily I convinced him that it was prob rotting pear beims under the wood floors and he seemed to be content.. Now the smell is gone.. good thing these are coming down soon.. I have attached some pics .. These are 100% organic.. look at those colors..some of these pics are at weeks five and six

glad your church was good. they are two completely different strains, the church is a very easy plant to grow in my opinion. I have no experience with trainwreck so you will need to wait for franco to comment on that.

i found the complete opposite myself, almost no smell and taste, buzz wasn't much either.that looks like the plant though, could just be me.i've also tried your white rhino, hawaiian snow, strawberry haze, gws.didn't think much of the rhino but all the rest were good.you guys are capable of great things.but i really think you guys dropped the ball with the trainwreck, just my opinion.

I thought the TW was good smoke. A couple different phenos, but each was definitely worth the time. Out of the cheese, I found one pheno that will yield above average with a decent smoke, and another that stunk so bad, that tripled bagged and in a tupperware you can still smell it. Out of 5 females, 2 were not considered keepers due to mediocre smell and effect, but 2 of them were good enough for another run. Several people had no complaints about either the TW or cheese and most said they wished they could get that quality from their local "guy".

This cheese pheno had a good combo smell/taste/effect. These were abused bad, not taken care of, and rarely watered. The clones will be much better. Needs to run about 80 days and this was pulled at 70.

A TW pheno. Strong motor oil smell.

Another TW, strong creamy smell.

well i have a semi solution

hey jack and franco, i finally started my trainwreck comparison thread under the grow diaries on this forum. i have your TW alongside an arcata cut bx, trainwreck from a buddy in the uk, and an another cross with arcata TW in it. im doing it in complete detail from pop to chop. NOONE will be able to say user error or liability afterwards, it will either be similar or not
