i just scored a ten pack of masterlows from gypsy sb im going to do a half and half run half soil and half hydro the hydro is a learning experience and i can do soil but what kind soil should i start with. this is my first time growing master lows if i use miracle grow what one do i use just regular i got earth juice nutes for the soil and general hydro for the blubber and are these new seeds better than the old ones strong smoke oh and the soil will be the seed run im doing as im sure they will grow good from the start

Use a light potting soil-mix, like Miracle Grow, or "pro-mix", both are light in weight, dont use soil thats real heavy. Also I dont believe you should have to, but pre-cracking them first (the pointy, or tail end of the seed) is what I usually do to speed up germing. Plant 1/4 inch deep, and keep it moist.
