On every vacation I usually try to collect genetic from places I visit. so I know you guys are having a ball travelling and collecting various strains. what I want to know is have you found a strain that you like non commercial that you grow just for your personal use and with close friends.

Something so special that you want to keep it for yourself for a while maybe years before giving it to the public. It just seems like you guys would be growing so fire ass shit.

Maybe, i'm saying this wrong. You know how chef like to keep the jawbone of a tuna or the cheeks of certain fish for themself is there some private strain that you guys smoke that is on par with that.

also back to the title why not re-release some of your older stock that has "nothing to do with you know who" or some of the landraces that you collected back in the early days of greenhouse like a vintage collection

I'd be willing to pay handsomely for a collection of untested vintage greenhouse genetic. Not everyone here is medically/money challenged therefore this type of collection would mainly benefit the rec or commercial growers who can afford such a collection.

i got a private strain we been growing for around 19 years.called Articola. it was stolen from a guy and his couin who only had it. we got the seeds an been growing it ever since. its some great smoke. i got access to every kind of strain i would want. and i still grow about 100 of these by them selves every summer. not including our other strains we grow and play with

I heard a story once from someone either on here or maybe it was over at the channels about Arjan hanging out with some folks and one of them was lucky enough to score some "unreleased/unbred/unworked" seeds from his "private stash"

Not sure if it holds any merit, but anyway you look at it, they've got to have some pretty funky old strains with all the breeding they've done.

High all!...lol...what a joke! yeah...we all go to foriegn places and strangers just openly give us their genitics...lol! Then, to further my point, customs just lets us walk through with our newly found genetics(prolly cause they respect the trade so much)...lol!
