Success!
100% germ rate on Cheese purchased through the Seed Boutique
The seed was fresh and viable. I don't have any opinions beyond that, as I've only read of the Cheese and not yet tried it, but so far, so good!

Is there a particular phenotype I should be keeping an eye out for?

I had an extremely frosty 9-10 week pheno of the cheese pictured above. There is also a great 80 day pheno that sammet got using big buddah's cheese. I have also had a 90% germ rate, and the only one that didnt germ wasn't full developed.

Everything that came up is looking very uniform. Only one has a slight height difference. Otherwise, growth habit and leaf structure seem to be identical. Rockin'.

These are relatively heavy feeders. My blue moonshines are burning from seed starting mix being too strong (how do you get weaker than seed starting mix!?) but the Cheese are begging for N before anything else I have going this young [ssh, bm, vanilluna, fruity juice, alpha diesel, htc skunk]

While I must agree with you, i wouldn't quite say they are heavy feeders, but very finicky. I have used mostly organics aside from a few boosters(superthrive, flora micro) but I mainly used Neptunes Harvest 2-3-1, and A.Fish Emulsion 5-1-1 with the above mentioned boosters. I find if you use the micro grow/superthrive it makes a huuuuge difference. The cheese that i have finished never saw superthrive, but my newest one loooooves it !
