I would suggest a nice indica, but not too strong. A sativa can have the potential of freaking a first-timer out a bit. Racy heart, paranoia and such.

I've personaly been very fond, of Sadhu from Mandala seeds. Very nice and relaxing, but with a good handful of "happypot" thrown in

Sweettooth#3 if you can get hold of any beans would be my recommendation

Otherwise Dutch Passion Flo or Apollo 11 would be a good option.

Also a good Jamaican strain - basically anything good for wake 'n' bake will be good for a first time toker.

Avoid any strong sativas, like Hazes, or very heavy indicas, like Sensi Star/Black Domina/Afghani, and try to go with a good hybrid.

ya happy try an indica for sure...sativas can be really strong for a beginner.....
Make sure you ease her into it, just a hit or 2 to start...make it part of a really romantic night

Anything with a strong Affie background... nice, even, comfortable, calming high. I also am a fan of the Kalichakra from Mandala, since it's just such a damn CHEERFUL herb! =Gigglytwigs ftw!

Hmmm- cant loose with this- was my first.

Most importantly make sure she is 100% calm,almost bored even, Make sure she has no anxiety about smoking.

Take her to the most beautiful, secluded natural area you can think of (a lot of scenery) Make sure to hold her in your arms to calm the mind, or whatever works best

roll a pinhead of Haze and let her take a hit every so often. Ask her how beautiful the scenery is

Kali Mist or early harvest Malawi Gold. Either will provide an up and light high with a clean come down.. no heavy hangover, no couchlock catatonia, and no paranoid marriage crisis.

Go with something that puts you in a good mood and at the same time gives you that laid back/body effect. something you smoked that makes you laugh and feal good. I really cant recomend any certain strains cuz I dont know where you are and what you have available. dont make a big deal of the situation, she will like it, most girls do.

I haven't tried any of Chimera's gear but I'd like to, you also should give it a thought. The C4 sounds really good and has gotten some good reviews. It is cotton candy x afghani. I'm not really a fan of the blueberry, some love it.
