GH Cheese Report
5 females, 3 phenos. Two are very dank and strong smelling, like a sweet spicy floral bouquet. The other has a sweet/sour funky smell to it, hard to describe. These went 75 days, but should have went 80-85. Taste ranges from hashy, candy, spice to strong earthy. Nice high that hits hard to the face, then spreads throughout the body. Nice resin and very dense buds. Give it a good veg period because it doesn't stretch too much. Yield was 1.5 - 2.5oz. 8.5/10

nice report, yours look better than mine but i only grew 1 so far. Have a second on the way though so hopefully i'll get better results this time. Im surprised you rated it 8.5 out of 10 just like you did the Trainwreck, i wouldve thought the Trainwreck would get the higher rating

It was a toss up. After a cure (these are two weeks dry), I will be able to decide. Yield, taste, and high one of the Cheese phenos wins. Color, smell, pheno consistency, flower time goes to TW.

The Cheese were just getting started IMO. Calyx structure getting fatter by the day. A friend was taking care of these and had to take them early due to work travel. They were also brought back from the dead twice during flower due to poor maintenance. I have no doubt that one of the phenotypes is just about identical to the cheese clone if given 85 days and proper care. Maybe even a touch frostier.

I harvested a round of GHS Cheese about 2 months ago and after proper cure I must say that I am quite pleased with this strain. Easy to grow, no hermi probs, great taste, good yield, and excellent all around stone.
edit- great pics Raoul. Last edited by KindBudKid; 05-09-2008 at 07:28 PM.. |
