its funny because i was making a AC box...
i have to seal the corners and i just got a roll of foam (about 1.5 inch thick) insulation foam in the seals section of HD.

got to decide on one of these 2 fans for the hole. i got a 200cfm fan and its not enough to keep it cool.
my unit is ONLY 535 watts though...
ill need to expand my exhaust to a 6" also..

if you get a real big unit u need like a 800cfm-1k cfm fan..i think the 8" do good.
