Introducing SCOOM
I'm gunna let my cat out of the bag a little early here in this thread. I was granted permission, from a local friend, who has been growing a strain on the reservation, for reportedly 20+ years, to grow out and work the line as I see fit
Perhaps it's IBL, maybe not. I've got to pop them, and take a look. But initial reports are promising. I'm honored to be the one, to work with this line, in the community. So far as I'm told, no other person outside of his Native American tribe, has been given permission to commercially reproduce this line.I tried to press my friend for more information. Specifics about lineage etc. You know, the usual cannabis connoisseur, retentive mumbo jumbo. He just stood there with a blank stare on his face lol! Finally he told me, "my father got it from his father. That's all I know." He then gave me an ounce of some fine herb to try. It was seeded just ever so slightly. I got about 25 seeds from the whole zip. The buds were fluffy, and fairly airy. But were hard at the same time. The smell was spicy. Hard to describe. Almost pepper and sandalwood. The high was extremely euphoric and heart thumping. The ride lasted for almost 3 hours! So, I'm assuming it is mostly sativa. Surprising for a strain that has been grown at this northern latitude. From the type of high, and the structure of the buds, I'm guessing it was taken down early. He couldn't give me specifics, but said I should be grateful. And went on about tradition and ceremony and a few other things he mumbled in a language that must have been his native tongue lol! Probably calling me an idiot or something hehheh! I was also told, not to reveal the actual tribe these came from. But I can say, they are from the SCOOM area of New England. If ya know anything about Native American history, you will know the area I am talking about. I'm gunna be a busy mofo this year! What a night huh? Infuckingcredible!

yeah man! this is monumental!
There is nothing like the unique strains of the highest quality that represent HillTempleCollective. this is by far, a project that requires the utmost respect and care, to preserve the same spirituality and honor, previous generations have taken to keep this line adorn to what it is. definetly looking foreward to the results.

interesting monk bro! here in denmark we have several yet unfound lines. almost every town has its own local strain. they origin from the hippies and travelers who returned them from their trips in the 60-70ties and many of them has been grown here for more than 30 years, so they are well adopted to our rough, wet and cold northern climate.
best wishes bro! |

I've been sitting on this news for about 3 months. I wanted to wait, until a majority of the HTC lines were restored, before I started to work on this project. After talking with Bub last night, he encouraged me to announce my good fortune, along with his happy news. So, no. There is no budshots of my sample. Smoked it to my head, hehheh! There will be plenty in the near future I can see. I will be starting this project, very soon. There is still work to do for the Temple, that must be completed first.
I'm stoked for the future of HTC and the crew! Rising from the wreckage and making a BIG comeback this year!
