What Airpump do you use?

Im not that happy with the amount of bubbles i see in my individual buckets, and was wondering what some of yall use for airpumps and airstones.

Currently, i have a inline airpump that produces 32000l a min running 3 plants, and then individual 2500cc pumps powering the other 2.

I want to know how to achieve this...

thanks

I have used the popular Elite models mostly the 802's and Aqua-tech. I switched to some powerheads for greater aeration.

I'm using the General Hydroponics 4 valve pump

I have two of them, but am ready to go to something with a higher psi...I found one that holds steady at 9 psi and that sounds like the aereation system for me LOL

Believe it or not mate, in that pic of my roots im only using one pump and it cost about $20 from k-mart.

On one outlet im using it split off into two small 1-2inch airstones that have fine airholes.

On the other outlet im running a 6inch ceramic airstone on its own.

Hope this helps..ps just that little set up is running a 40littre DWC tub so i suspect it will work even better in 5 gallon buckets.

Hey Everyone
I replaced my 4 inch Blue Stone($1.99) with 4 inch superfine bubble white ceramic)($5.49). These work great and my airpump is superquiet now. It use to make alot of noice if I turned it all the way up. Now it is wisper quiet turned up. There is also alot more bubbles in water traveling farther from stone.

I am going to go full DWC on my buckets. I am looking into these......Bubble discs. I was thinking of buying the 5" disc and put one at the bottom of each bucket. They are 5 bucks a piece but looks to make a killer ring of bubbles.

What do you all think of these??

I've been eyeing those buggers everytime I walk into the hydroshop!! I was afraid that the increase in bubbles would deplete the air pressure from my pump. That's why I NEEEED THAT BIG PUMP LOL. I want them dang bubble disks

I got this air pump to run all 12 airstones in the buckets. The pump was a x-mas gift from a good friend  It says it does 50L/min..... Not sure how that breaks down!! but, I know it should run all 12 with no problem.

It is suprisenly queit. With the A/C and fans running.....you do not even hear it.

Hmmm.... The way i see it... i think im loosing PSI from my Inline airpump... Currently i have it expanded to a 5/8" hose from the standard 1/4" output...

I need a air divider like the one pictured above...

Ive also been eyein those bubble discs but the 5 dollar price tag scared me off....
