Reservoir Seeds "Orange Apollo"

*waves High!* ... Good Morning *smiles* How bout we play like Carmen Miranda? Las fruitas....

If I made one growing error in the past year.... it was not starting a bunch of this stuff in September *sighs*... but its okies, have a group of OA girls headed to the HPS in 2 more weeks. Whats being smoked this morning is from one little OA that was stuffed into the flower room last spring. She suffered from an N deffi.. and was crowded out by larger, more robust plants.
This time the OA girls with have 2.25 sq ft each... and have had plenty on N.

If there were any issues regarding growing this stuff... seems to be that they scream out for food almost from the moment they first emerge from the soil. "Feed Me! .... Feed ME!!!!!!! Feed ME NOW!!!" ha ha ha Also, the stems and branches are very skinny... its not that they seem fragile... they are quite rubbery, but there is a bunch of em. Not a big deal. Overall, quite an elegant plant. There seems to be two types... the big ones... and the little ones. Look alike... just that 1/2 of the seedlings seem like mini plants.
By week six of veg... they are catching up to their topped siblings...

okies... sorry, *lights the bowl*... this is VERY yummy pot... and IMHO, the best tasting "Orange" out there. Tastes much like the popcicle (sp?) that was vanilla ice cream covered with orange sherbert... very sweet. This one is truly a "lip smacker"... the sweet orange aftertaste is amazing. *takes another hit... then passes the Tattoo pipe to you...* (wish we could actually do that... *grins*) okies...

Most "cali o's" make me lazy... some more than others. But not this one... *smiles* With this, I could talk your ears right off... or... paint a masterpiece.. or, perhaps... (if it were a later hour) could drag you off on a shopping trip that wouldn't quit. hee hee hee There is a very nice cerebral "fog" with OA... thoughts go from "sharp and clear" - all the way to an "I need to catch my breath" rush.

It is an immediate stone... happens as you toke. Four hits now and I am flying along. And my mouth tastes like tart orange.. puckers right up. Sweet.
What can I say?... This is very good smoke... A++ on taste, has an "A" grade high both for potency as well as "effect"... I like it... a LOT, and shall eagerly await the large mid April harvest... will make for a very sweet summer.

Back again... hee hee hee. And have to say, am still flying round... even after my morning walk.... which included buying way too much fruit along the way. Care for a kiwi? *hands one to you...* Anyone else? Its okies... have more than I can eat... its just that it was so colorful... just had to have all I could carry home.

SMOKERS NOTE: whatever you do... Do Not Attempt a wallpaper purchase while smoking this Orange Apollo stuff... have a strong hunch you might end up with something... uhhh, ... shall we say "South Beach"? ha ha ha

I have 2 very nice killer apollo gals growing that i just love.Last grow with ka i had 2 fems.And 2 great phenos.One tasted and smelled like pineapple(c99).The other had a nutty smell (abg13 pheno).Hopeing to see another great pheno in this batch.Got 2 fem. for sure with one that has not shown preflowers yet and 2 males outta the last 5 ka seeds i had.The first run i got the 2 of 5 fems.I realy respect rezdogs work.All his strains seem to be special.Not just a bunch of indicas.Witch i love indicas but theres something about a sat. dom. gal like ka that i realy love. Heres a shot of each of my 2 killer a ladys.Look alot alike but still may be diff. phenos.My last 2 where like that.Thay grew just alike just had diff. looking buds.The gi3 had more red to it.The c99 was whiter.

Nugs> the single girl that I flowered ran 68 days, so its right there with Rez's claim of 65 days. Not bad at all considering the type of high one gets.

Okie> Very healthy sweeties you have going there...... they look about the same as OA's going in veg right now... and would have to agree with you... there is something quite special about them. Thanks for posting those photos.

nice report,

i'm still drying mine so i've only tried quickdry smoke but i can sure taste the orange in these already, smell the orange too. they seem to be good buds , but i will really be able to say how good here in about a week or so, but i can provide some pictures

also looks like she is going to be a great yielder, this plant was less than 16 inches tall. I estimate that i will end up with 1.5-2oz off of her.
