Your best chance is to go back to the log in screen and check the Help screen.

The auto email feature is broken and when JD starts to care it'll get fixed untill then goodluck requesting help.

I have rejoined HB as admin and we are in the process of moving the site to a new host company and new software is being organized for a new HB coming soon.

Its just hard finding people you can trust to bring into the fold and help on the forum.
