AN Organic low cost chart ?
hello,
i want to try some AN nutrients to see if the switch from ATA-Organics should be a good thing for my beloved plants. I don't like to give too much nutes to my plants, i'm more a "give them just what they need" style grower. With ATA-Organics, i use the grow and bloom part, ATA XL, flavor (molasses) and that's all...pretty happy with the results since 2 years but need something new. I want to try a Organic chart but i surely don't want to buy all the list of products from the calculator...sooo, here what i already buyed : - Iguana Bloom Juice (and grow but i usually dont give much veg nutes) - Organic B - Sweetleaf - Sensizym - Seaweed extract - Fulvic / Humic acids - Hammerhead (only one maybe not organic but i hear it's worth to be use with a good flush) so, here the question: from that list, does you AN users see a product i miss to make my girls happy (i think about carboload) ? or does it's pretty good for a light/medium (and low cost) chart ? i'm open to any comment or advices so feel free to say what you think. peace

hey thanks for the tips Duke ! now the only problem i'll have it's that the METB is one of the products i don't find on the french growshop websites...
i don't find the connie and some others too...going to search more. A good thing is i just get a mail where the shop owner sayed me i'm offering a Sweetleaf 1 liter bottle...so i add it to the list.

That' s quite the same nutes i use ...
here's my list : fulvic/humic sensizims iguana juice (witch is a bit light past half of the flowering IMO ...u have to use an additive with PK IMO) hammerhead (I'm in the search for something organic to use isntead of it next session but it works well even if it's a bit easy to burn so be carefull ) barricade ( i assume that it works...never got mold or things like that even if the Ak 47 buds are huge..) oh and i also use ata flavor since for Molasses oh and from what I know sweatleaf and Carboload are both composed of carbohydrates...even if the guys at AN will tell you that you can use them both... hope it helps a bit

ok, thanks guys.
I'm pretty happy, 'cause i was gifted a 500g carboload sample to test so i'll use it in this run. The guy at the shop want me to try AN since months so i guess that's why he offered the sweetleaf and carboload. The Fulvic i'll use is from An, the humic is from a french buddy. For the Hammerhead, the shop was out of stock so i will use my ATA PK13-14 instead as it work well for me. so the final chart will be : Iguana Juice bloom Organic B Sweetleaf Carboload Sensizym Fulvic Seaweed extract and from others compagny's : PK13-14, Humic acid, Flavor the week before the flush and Terminator for the first days of flush. Groovy> can i ask you how much milliliters/liter you use of IguanaJuice for the weeks 3/4/5/6 of bloom please ? Even with ATA-Organics, the PK+ was a strong help...plants love the PK bonus all the time. thanks again for your help. peace

i don't remember exactly since i use biocanna for bloom since a month...i know i should take notes ...but i remember that i was feeding very lightly for the first 2 weeks , a bit more on the third and that finaly i folowed the "moderatly light feeding" from week 4 untill the flush

you can use carboload and sweetleaf together, they work on different part of the plants, im sure they complement each other in moderate amounts, sweetleaf has lots of stff i dont know what it is in it, but carboload seems like glucose to me so im giving mine it on top of my chem grow cant hurt in moderate amounts im sure, moderation is the key

Carboload is sugar for bacteria in the root zone and Sweet Leaf is carrying sugars meant to enter the plants. It has cranberry extract, maltose, dextrose, (and I think blueberry extract and another regular ingredient)
Molasses is a fine supplement for carboload in organic soil grows (at least if hendfed (not kept pre-mixed in reservoir) If you are able to mess and mix a bit you can use malt extract and cranberry juice fermented in ewc/guano/compost/manure teas and they are cheap, but just as fine. I must say it is a very fine choice of nutrients you have picked though. (You shuld not expect too much difference from the ATA, but it's always nice playing around a little. Allthough I did manage a 5% yield rise when testing clones 1 on 1, AN 2+ vs Canna Coco Full Line, I have dropped the AN line because of it's instability and low shelf life. I do use up most of the products though, but a few has been given away and more will go to the rose shrubs and trees at my friends workshop, or the flowers and some vines in my back alley. Hehehe!) But seriously, the Iguana and some Boosters are very fine organic choice. (If not getting MEST, use Earth Worm Castings and Shrimp meal compost to add the most important elements found in it and also boast resistance against sucking insects.)
