So I'm wondering about folks experience with buying mj. My first buy 1968 14th birthday a $10 "3 finger lid" of mexican-lots of seeds and stems . The best buy 1977 $30 oz of Purple Hawaiian with 3 seeds that became my first outdoor grow. Those seeds yielded 1 nice female and smoke for a year. My only regret is that I didn't know how to clone.

My first buy..... I found a $50.00 bill just lying thier on the street(what are the odds) So now I had 50 bucks my parents didn't know about ,so I spent it all on an ounce of weed.

My best buy..... I had a friend that grew and he gave me a bag becouse he said it was no good and he did not want to sell it. (could be the best weed I've ever gotten)

Best Buy was my 1st 1000w HPS because we all know the quaility is Great and the price is even Better

or when a Freind gave me an Lb of Kind as a wedding present!

First, as I can best sorta recollect, would be something like a $20 "Lid" purchased in the early '70s... A lid was your basic 4-Finger Baggie of mediocre schwag. But as I recall, I was like , "Way cool!!!"

Best buy... 'n thanx to Fredster for flipp'n this particular memory cell open! Was an ounce of some kinda black hash that I picked up in Haifa, Israel when I was there on a Port o' Call with the US Navy. That was totally awesome stuff!!! Kept me high for the rest of that med-cruise, and then some!!! Don't recall what I paid for it, but it was really inexpensive!!

Fredster: Did you get that Black Nepalese in the US?

Got it here in the states / came in 6 apx. 1.25 oz blocks / all stacked on top of each other & clear wraped /with the top slab stamped / Nepal / got a piture some where /

The Santa Marta Gold Columbian bud back then was our best / it was seedy but great & tasted like honny butter / the Red bud was a spicer smell & taste / we got LBs for 425.00

lmao ..........I remember scoring kilos of Oaxacan for $300.
My first score was "sticks" scored in Long Binh 1970.

My best score was some psychedelic Hawaiian. Scored a 1/4 in Santa Cruz summer of '76

Havent been smoking for as long a some U folks here. 39 now started at age 17 due to Kidny Problems. But I Remember some weed we called Colombian Gold. It went for I think 60 oz then and was just as gold in color and peppery tasting. MAn the high was right on. Havent tasted anything like that. Ever say to your self I shouldnt have taken those last 2 hits? Well that I remeber well many years ago. < Colombian Gold> peace Friends
