The Hill Temple Skunk IBL Grow Thread!!
hello everyone whats up? i'm doing a little grow thread on hill temple skunk, my main purpose is to make seeds for my own personal use and i'm also gonna cross it with kodiak gold.
so your not gonna be seeing any massive yields or anything but i will be updating throughout the whole grow beginning to end and i will be reporting on the 2 different phenos if i get lucky enough to get the indica pheno, i'll also be giving my honest report on smell, taste, potency, and my overall opinion on the strain as it progresses. i got 8/10 to germinate using the damp paper towel method so overall i was pretty happy about that, the 2 that didn't sprout might still have a chance, but i can live with 8/10. out of the 8 germinated seedlings 4 have already popped out of the soil as i'm writing this, they've only been in soil for about 18 hours so i'm sure the rest will be poppin up shortly. i have them under a 4ft shop light with 4 premium 40w cool white fluoros, heat in the closet is kinda high right now but i have an oscilating fan on them, i'm using my blowers and other equipment on a different grow so i'll have to go buy some things for my new closets as i go, i got too excited and started the beans before i was fully prepared but i'll be fine for now...if i get everything set up good as planned i might be finishing the grow with a 400w or 600w hps. my 2 1000w hps's are already being used at a different location. i'll be taking pics tomorrow to show the seedlings in action, anyone else that is growing hill temple skunk or wants to grow hill temple skunk can join in with pictures and reports as they please, this is the hill temple skunk thread, so lets talk skunk!! here's the bad boys n girls before they went in the soil here's a pic of the kodiak golds "soon to be lovers with the skunk lol" |

hello vt- if you need any help or advice germinating your seeds you can send me a pm and i'll go in detail on how i do it if you want, it's very simple but very effective, i got 12/12 on the blue thunders, 8/10 on the hill temple skunks, and 20/20 on my kodiak golds i made myself in a previous breeding project. i'm sure the hill temple genetics are gonna be great as bub is an excellent and well educated breeder, and i know the kodiak golds are great from my past experience with them.
hello GDW- me and you both along with alot of others have been wondering about the HT skunks, i figured i'd step up and get the ball rolling for us. and anyone is welcomed to join in on the fun. i can't wait to see what happens either. all you other skunk gurus order up your ht skunks and come join the thread!! |

fj- take a seat buddy your always welcomed, go get your buddy so he can join along, nice pics of the DC's.
pothead- take a seat brother, they all germinated really nice! here's a couple pics as of today, they've been in soil for about 24-30 hours now. the 8 on the left are the skunks marked with an S they are all up now besides S-8, i'm thinking that was the little seed sprout and it hasn't found it's way quite yet. here's the KG's, 11/20 broke through the soil as of right now group photo of skunk, blue thunder, kodiak gold, i will be starting a blue thunder thread so if you have any question on them ask about them in that thread, this thread is for the skunks, and kodiaks since they will be used in a cross. here's how close the lights are on the cups...they are basically touching the cups right now...i will be ripping out my carpet and adding plastic or tile, and the walls will be either painted flat white or some form of mylar. right now they have plenty of light and reflection from the shop light. |

WoW, you got a nice bunch there. One thing i like about you already. Your using clear see through beer cups like me. We are for sure friends. lololol. I like those cups, because you can see what the roots are doing and know when to transplant with out getting root bound. Can't wait to see them in a few months. This is going to be a killer thread for sure.

We think alot alike. I use them for clones when i clone for soil grows. Let me know how the roots are doing. Love the clear beer cups. There is nothing better for watchin the root growth. This thread better be Killer or else. Joking, thanks for sharing your grow with us.
Take care and see you in Chat, BG |
