FGandalf is on a distinguished road
Columbian X Biko

I received the seeds in a free pack from SB. They sprouted quickly, grew fast and didn't take any special skills to grow. They like to auto flower. All 4 of mine did, 1male and 3 females. The 3 I have as mothers all auto flowered under a 18/6 so i changed it to 20/4 and it seems to have stopped the auto flowering. When i say autoflower i don't mean it just has some pistils all over, I mean it has full on buds. In bud she stretched a little but not that bad maybe about doubled in height but got much fuller in size too. I noticed a bit of variation, one has a whitish look to the buds which are tight good amount of hairs. The second has the same tight buds with a lot of very longhairs. The last is also hairy a bit shorter hairs but the buds look a bit softer/airy. Oh yeah i grow under a 400w CMH in coco using floranova grow and bloom, with Liquid Karma, ad a bi of hygrozyme. Also doing a bit of molasses in my end waterings all in a dripper setup recirculating with my ph going from 5.7-6.5 with a ppm of 800-1300 it fluctuates and i don't worry about being spot on. Ok to bring this whole post home. Right now i'm at about 55days from 12/12 i took a few nugs and dried them overnight leaving them near a radiator. I just vaporized them in a volcano. I'm not going to give a true comment on the taste because of them needing a proper cure and dry. Not the way i did them wrong but it was good anyway. One bag-The high came on smooth about 3 minutes later and ramped up very nicely within another 5 minutes. I have a happy uplifted feeling and a bit of a head softness not drunk but relaxing. This feeling lasted just shy of an hour and i didn't notice i was comming down. That was a nice surprise no eye pain or headaches or a weird feelings with it. I can't wait until i get to give it a proper dry and cure and smoke a nice bud not just a bottom popcorn nug. So What i'm trying to say is Thanks to annaC Seeds for sending freebees to SB. The quality of your plants and the amount of time you have put in shows in the end product. It's great stuff if you can get this get it. I'll be looking for more of your stuff next time I buy seeds.

thanks again

I just started two seedlings a few days ago... one is already above soil.

I also started one biko seed.

These will be going outdoor at edit:40*N, not 50... its actually 39.9* ... do you think it will take too long to flower and I should keep them indoor?

Hello Indica_Dreamer
you should be fine for a OD grow, they may be a little shorter than expected and their overall size would depend on how long they can veg outside. The Biko in the lineage has shortened up the overall flowering time. You will need aprox. 60-70 days of 12-12 for them to finish up outdoors.
Hope that helps a little. Please keep us posted.
love to all.

Update on my columbian x biko.

They're growing strong, getting tall and branching out nicely.

I also have to comment on my sole biko seedling,... he/she has very compact growth... cant wait for it to hit flower
