i usually boil them, cut them in half, and make deviled eggs. i just mix the yolk with a little mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and then top it off with some chili powder or chili paste

throw eggs in warm water...wait for it to become a roaring boil then wait 10 minutes..
take the shell off, slice them in half lengthwise take the yolk out of each half and mix with mustard, mayo and bacon place back in the "white" and sprinkle with paprika and oregano. take a bong rip munch tokens deviled eggs...

you put bacon in them... hm, i'll have to try that
i've got a little family owned grocery store around the corner from my house that i go to every couple days at lunchtime for a sandwich. in the deli they have a little basket full of hardboiled eggs that they sell for 50 cents each... every time i see them i wonder how long they've been sitting there |

...when i find myself at a self-serve "salad bar" ...I'm the guy that takes out all the hardboiled egg whites and leaves a bucket full of yolks....LOL |

I used to have over a hundred chickens I made pickled eggs deviled egg you name it. A tip: to get the pealing to come off easier add salt to the water and cool them off fast. The way I do it is i put water in the pot then eggs then salt to the water turn it on high and when the water starts boiling I turn the heat down so that it doesn't boil over and I let them boil for about 10 min then I turn it off, when it has quit boiling and the steam is not to hot I put the pot with hot water and eggs in the sink and run cold water in the pot and they cool off pretty quick when the pot is no longer hot and the water in it is cold I turn off the water and leave them till I want to peel one

I know its weird, but I only like them as a salad topping. Can't stand to eat plain hb eggs or deviled eggs.
