first id like to thank DG and Head for letting me be a tester for these seeds. makes me feel good knowing that im doing something good to help out the community. got my seeds safe and sound from the safe addy last night and will start germing them today when i get home from work. it looks like im going to start 5 seeds and grow them out and start the rest after the switch to flower, so that i can possibly weed out some males and have some extra room. here is some room and nute info:

Light= 600w hortilux
Cab= c-24 style 48" x 20.5" deep.
fan=100cfm fan with phat scrubber
nutes= alaskan fish ferts cns17 grow + bloom pbp bloom and monster bloom
containers/medium= starting in solo cups and then flowering in either 1/2 gallon with lst or 1-2 gallon depending on how much room i have.

pics are in route.

i very much look forward to getting these things going.

i think im going to use scotts potting soil as i have been with all my soil plants this time around. they seem to like it. i just add half a bag of perlite to it to make it lighter. i do think its a tad hot for seedlings. (sour creek beans seem a little shakey) so im going to pick up a little seedling soil to use for these ladies, so as not to burn them, then i will transplant them to the scotts when they get a foot hold. if i ever come up on some promix or sunshine mix around here im going to pick that up and use that. but for now just plain scotts. keeps everything nice and green. little to no ferts needed in vegg. maybe just some fish shit.

this is the sour creek seedling in scotts, the edges look like they might burn but i have my fingers crossed.

Hey Endo

Have you ever tried making a 50/50 mix of your "too hot for seedlings soil" and seedling mix? Have tried this sort of thing myself and seems to work really well......appears to cut the "too hot" but leaves enough goodies to grow seedlings for a couple weeks before transplant into full strength.

thanks for stoppin in frank and everyone. heres the white tails, theres only 4 in the pic cause i thought i lost one somewhere but it was in a fold in the paper towel. so theres five seedlings to start. there was a little brown spot on 2 of them, something ive never had a problem with, shoud i be concerned?
the other thing was i looked at the seedling soil i thought i had and it had sand in it... fuck that shit. so i went with scotts and we will see what happens. they should be ok. the sour creek look like they are doing ok with the soil and like i said. the k2 seeds loved it, no probs what so ever. time will tell.

babies broke soil this weekend. this was the only pic i snapped b4 the camera batteries died. here is 4 of 5. i accidently dropped one of the cups and spilled dirt all over the floor there by killing one of them. i tried to get her back into soil but she was all limp and dead next day. they are all looking good though. nice and healthy. cant wait to see them take off.
