Pork Shoulder. This one took about 10 hours.
40 Day Dry Aged Porterhouse and Bone In Ribeye from Western Daughters! After the initial cook Then a 600 degree sear in a CI skillet Off topic. Asian Cajun fried platter.... nomnomnom

It's best not to limit oneself. So I grilled Lamb, Sausages, and a Ribeye.
