renewed interest in TomHills offerins

startin this thread as Ive smoked up the rest of my cripple creek, had one nug stored back for xmas. the bud was just killer. hard nug, sweet piney taste and smell. the smell is heavy. the CC is my fav from what I have grown from TH. have a momma

so been muddlin around a few diff sites and have gathered a few interestin tidbits concernin THs DC strain. DC IS NOT PETROLIA HEAD STASH! also came across a snippet on tarantula. anyone remember this line? seems it was composed of the DC and a indian indica. Deep Skunk9 also is from the DC work in some way. just havent come across the hard evidence as of yet.

the Pine Tar Kush was great bud also, I had a wierd pheno of it, more sativa in it as it went 83 days and still wasnt completely cloudy. happened to notice a pine tar strain in the cannabible2 and wondered if the PTK line is from this nor cal strain. makes sense.

so if anyone has more input on THs work, old and new post up he has some great offerins I dont think anyone should miss.

so I also here of his "Tule Fog" a DC Ohaze cross. Tule Fog is a funky weather situation along the Ncal coast. stumbled on that tidbit readin a retirement rag at the docs office, LOL

Tom is workin a haze grow now with the Tule Fog in mind. so we should see those beans in the near future. he has said it was a local favorite, id be amazed if it wasnt.

the original Haze he works with, I think he said it was from positronics.

TomHills original haze

these shots are from TH. swiped um from another site. this is the OHaze hes currently workin with. I may be confused, but I think they originated from positronics?

some really beautiful plants, 20% of the population turns purp with cooler temps.

5% will rip your head off

so theres the purp haze, a pheno in the the original haze pop.

Tom had said that positronics had a purp haze offerin. so im sure they worked the purp phenos for a bit.

its a very stunnin plant to say the least.

Tom Hill is a man to respect from the way his strains perform so you should try his seeds soon. What about Deep Chunk? BOG

hello Bog, very nice of you to stop by. I have run the DC, PTK and cripple creek. i enjoyed each one very much. i did a few out crosses and made more DC and CC. currently startin his OHaze.

my intention with this thread is to find out more info on his work. and a nice community thread to share with other growers interested in his work. ive grown out quite a few diff strains, and his plants have been the best ive come across in the past year or so

WOW! Purple Haze eh?
Visions of Hendrix...LOL! (actually that was the LSD version of PH HE was referring to wasn't it? LOL!)
I am growing the Deep Chunk out right now, as well as Black Chunk (DC x Black Domina) and Cripple Creek (though unfortunately only ONE of those germed and survived... (hope it's a GURL!) LOL!)Personally I can't WAIT, especially having seen some of the wonderful pics of Tom's work around here!
Thanks again to CBF for the opportunity!

Tom Hill won best indica in the ICMAG growers cup last 420 in the Dam and it is a tight and fast flowering bud. Who is this guy? He beat my sour bubble clone? It was close however.

I won't quit and I want a rematch. BOG

so any word on when he will be releasing a lg seed crop to the seedbanks????

or is seedbay the only place selling them currently?

I'm in love with my Deep Chunks from the looks alone, that are currently at day 38 of 12/12 and looking better and better everyday (see my grow log on the seedsdirect "test grow" board) and would love to get some more DC beans as well as some other Tom Hill strains
