Hi Mr. Joshua,
I belkieve you got these from seedsdirect? There was talk of Gypsy having old Soma Salad seeds. He replaced them as I recall. Why don't you contact the vendor or Soma? peace, love, understanding ;-) |

Sorry about your luck Mr. Josh! I just started some of Soma's Salad that I acquired about two months ago from Seed Bay, and had 100% germination rate. I’ve always have great success with Soma seeds from Seed Bay, Seeds Direct, Dr. Chronic and Heaven’s Stairway. Soma’s whole seed line is upscale genetics in my opinion, even the Salad, and if there is a recurring problem with germ rates, then you can be sure that something will be done about it. There are many situations where your incident could be an isolated event caused after they left SD’s possession. Or they could……Alright, I just had a thought, I’m sorry, break time… I’m on my last ¼ jar of Juilet I grew a last year, and wow, this stuff is great! A long cure makes a heck of an improvement. Is it just me or does weed today make you more talkative than it used to? I remember smoking the good stuff back in the day, and getting stoned out of my mind, incapable of doing anything besides laying back on the couch and watching tv all day. Now, twenty years later I smoke a good joint and all I want to do is talk my ass off, as a matter of fact I can judge how good weed is by how much it makes me talk. How did I teach myself to do this? Has it always been this way? Fuck, I can’t remember.
Thank you for your time and good luck with those seeds. Forfingoz

Yes, happy new year! Thanks for reviewing my Annual End of the Year Stoner Ramble. I should have hit the delete button when I had the chance. I’m gonna try to increase my short term memory by at least 5 minutes in the upcoming year. Harry, I highly recommend JLP’s Juilet, and/or anything from John, with or without a long cure. Mr. Josh, happy new year and sorry for the severe thread hijack. If you need some new “germ tested” seeds, PM me.

Hi Mr. Joshua,
I did a search on Soma Salad. Easy to use feature here. You will want to look at this thread. Funny thing is that most who reported poor germination were still happy with the seeds! Soma does good work I guess.:-) https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.p...ght=Soma+salad Here's a quore from DutchGrown, who seems to speak for SeedsDirect? "Well Zepp....to a certain extent you are right, the Soma Salad and White Willow offered have been in Gypsy's private stash a bit....however, anything else you see on Seedbay of Soma's are all recent acquisitions. So I don't believe it a fair assessment to state that whatever you might be bidding/making instant purchase of on Seedbay can be lumped into the same basket of older private stash stock of Gypsy's." |
