Staying in Mexico at a Resort - best way to score?
Long time stoner...first time poster
 Anyway, my wife and I are going to an all-inclusive Mexican resort in April (Playa del Carmen area) and I'm looking for the best way to score while there. I've heard the horror stories about street rip-offs and the mexican cops and just wondering if you can depend on anyone who works at these resorts to help you cop? This is a serious question...

goood luck my friend. all I can say is look for the hippie lookin dude next to the fountain...other than that I wouldnt know who to trust down there...harsh prisons I hear..

not tryin to be a smartass.........but the horror stories aren't there for no reason. asking the bellhop is usually a pretty good way to get started....just tip generously |

Listen to irish, you may pay a little more but at least it will keep you out of the danger spots. Dont get talked into buying more than you need as those can be setup stings between police since getting out of trouble in mexico usually means buying your way out. Better yet, hit up a shop/store keeper.
Then before you go you should google the location youre going to with words like crime, tourist info, etc, whatever. Quote:
