The Bubblegum Battle
Ah yes, the tasty and beloved Bubblegum strain.
It's for the kid in all of us. Grow it right, and you get high like 8th graders. Grow it wrong, and well.. Try, try again. I've grown different variations of the strain, my favorite being THSeeds original bubblegum. What's yours? How does the original compare to Serious Seeds' bubblegum? It being stabilized from several phenos to be the most.. bubbley. List your all time favorite bubblegum strain, even if it's a cross. |

Bazooka is my favorite bubblegum. I find the longer it cures in it's wrapper the harder the nugs get and the more pronounced the flavor. As for bubblegum weed...ain't grown it yet. I didn't want you to have no reponses to your question.

Seems as if Eno's Bubblegum convinced me to give it a go, ahead of all the other bubbles going around oldsmoker has recommended it highly.

I grew out 3 nasty, sticky, stinky, bubblegum girls and would die for a clone or another seed. It was TH seeds original.
Shit was fire. After I harvested, at about the 3rd or 4th day drying, it was pink. |

lol @ oldfool, was Bazooka the one with the comics? Bazooka Joe? Or is that two different bubblegums?
satyr, I don't think I'm familiar with the breeder Eno. Or is that a forum member with a killer bubble grow? I'd have to agree with medgrowr, after growing a few bubblegum varieties THSeeds stands as the best. I'd still like to try Serious Seeds' take on the classic, they claim to have singled out the best pheno. Any other bubblegum lovers with any input?. |

I grew THSeeds BG, and found it a bit lacking. I wish I had some of the results you claim. Strong hermaphroditic tendency in the pack I got. Taking nothing away from THSeeds, I love them. I also got to work with BOGglegum, which he derived from Serious (right?), and I loved all of those. Heavy yielding, early flower, and nice classic gum taste/smell. Man I wish he still sold beans ...

Whether you prefer one or the other is really a matter of taste, some go for Indica some for a more Sativa type of high. I've seen rave reviews for both, although the original cuts (out of Indiana) that still wander between priviledged growrooms seems to be the best of them all. I'll tell ya once I get a chance to try one.

Goldenahms:
The Bubblegum I refer to is bred by a guy calling himself Eno. He has been working exclusively on this bubblegum for years. I started a very identical thread in the danish forum about a month back. I myself, wanted testimony from people having grown both Serious, Ths, Bogbubble et al. or at least smoked some different versions. It seemed that the above conclusion of Serious the taller more sativaleaning varíety and from what I gathered most people seemed to go with serious. I myself got convinced after having trawled several Forums that serious was the one to go with. Then some different growers, very experienced and with a lot grows behind them recommended Eno's Bubble. There is a guy Oldsmoker, he is on this board and a lot of other ones. He has some very interesting threads here and other places like ***** with regard to Enos Bubble. I go with his statement that it was the best bud he ever smoked !!! If thats the case for him I guess it would be true for a lot of smokers around the world. I got Eno´s in my fridge and would like to a comparative grow with serious. I can link you to a shop below but so far I am going on a hunch that this might be what I have been looking for. Anyway, the expense is cetainly not in the Sensiseeds class, so the potential loss is managble. As a note, I have grown WR and ak47 from serious and I am so utterly impressed with their products and the uniformity. However the idea that a capable private (Christiania)"hippiedope-nerd" working with a commercial strain for years, developing his favorite personal smoke speaks to my adventurous side. This is the explanation, why I chose the least known product. Maybe I can give an opinion based on facts in a years time or so. Funny thing though. None of the posters in my thread had grown or smoked different varieties. Nobody with personal experience has given a thorough grow or smoke comparison that I know of. https://topskud.dk/shop/product_info...&products_id=30 |

I checked out the link you posted satyr, and found a Bubblegum from No More Seeds. Is that the same you refer to as Eno?
Apart from that, it seems like this Danish site is a serious contender as far as prices go. C99, Apollo 11, UBC Chemo, Island Sweet Skunk, Mikado (F2:s I suppose) all sell for 10 euros ($14)/pack! Roll over Nirvana Seeds.
