C99xHaze Scrog
Hey everyone!
I wanted to show you my C99xHAZE Scrog. The screen takes up the back 2'x4' of my growroom, with the left half under a 400watt CMH, and the right half under a 400 EYE HPS. There are 6 C99xHazes under the net. Five are clones, and one is the original mother plant that I chopped back to fit under the screen (amongst other abuses). All in all i've really liked this strain so far. It has been hearty and easy to grow...a testament to wally's skill as a breeder. Hey Wally! I'm hoping for a nice harvest of some fruity sativa buds from these.....so lets see if I can pull it off! Here's a pic: I've never grown anything this sativa before, so any tips (especially involving feeding) will be cheerfully accepted. Thanks for reading! |

Great to have you here Wally! I always love being in the presence of a master!
Anyways I have a question for you: Did you find the CindyHaze ladies to be light, moderate, or heavy feeders? I just want to make sure I don't underfeed or overfeed the ladies. Muchas Gracias Wally! I'll make sure to update with another picture or two the next time I get a chance, but that might not be for a few weeks. By then she'll be budding up nicely i'm sure. |

Hey everyone!
The CindyHaze ladies are doing quite well. I have to say though that I underestimated the amount of stretch I was going to get from them. I had to leave town at the end of week 2 12/12, so I trained them till then (see the last pics i posted) and then let them grow. When I came back (2 weeks later...so the end of week 4) the girls had stretched right up toward the lights. Now i'm hoping that they fill in those long sticks with some fat buds. Here's a couple pictures: Full shot: CMH (left side) shot: HPS (right side) shot: This is a pic of the whole garden....the scrog is only the back half: I also had a question: One or two of the cindyhazes is showing a slight N deficiency......should i give them a little N? Or will that make them stretch again? As i've said i've never grown haze before.....so any advice is welcome. Thanks for looking

im not sure id give them too much more ferts high in nitrogen , i would imagine it could make them want to grow some more as u said ..
i normally use liquid potash when and where i can in the garden for flowering , its npk is around 3 . 24 .36 so has a small dose of nitrogen , but mostly p and k ... for flowering ... they are looking nice though ,, hope to see some lovely buds out of that grow .. hey headees , glad to hear u enjoyed the cindy cross mate ... |

I did. It was the bomb. I used BioBizz and Pure Blend nutes to compare the difference in taste. I had this sweet cherry tasting pheno that was better than Rez's Sour Diesel I grew along side of it. Not that Rez's beans are bad, but I had this kick ass plant and I flowered her without taking clones because I remember you saying in a post that you discarded the cross because you thought there were better crosses to play with. But that was one of the best highs. Strong sativa high with a great yield. It wasnt quite c99, but close. Peace be with you.

Hey guys so here's an update at week 7. The buds are starting to fill in, and the smell is intoxicating. Kind of a fruity-mango taste with some haze spicyness. Its really quite impressive (I had to cut a couple taster buds even though it's nowhere near done). The high is decently strong already, even from buds cut at 6 weeks.
Here's a picture of the bud cut at 6 weeks: And here's the Scrog: I really can't wait for these ladies to finish! The smoke is going to be amazing, and quite possibly extremely strong. Cheers! |
