The answer to that Harry can be found by reading IC Mag Forum Guidelines #8. Is there for all to see, read, and follow...doesn't require one to be much of a detective to just follow the site's guidelines. If someone wishes to 'Advertise' on this site, there are ways to go about that, all of which has been explained to Meduser.

There are no links to outside sites permitted. Plain and simple.
