these seeds are the biggest I have ever seen, almost the size of peas/ does anyone have a theory why some seeds are bigger than others and if it affects the quality of the plant.?

Seed size doesn't really represent any type of potential potency in the grown marijuana. The size of the seed probably represents the size of the calyx that holds the seed during development. Although some seeds will grow larger and split the calyx open during later stages of seed development. I've never seen any real distinguishing traits on a seed that represent a seed line.

Back in the day of the Sativa's, one could find tiny almost pure black seeds. I think they were likely from the Mexican bagweed of the day. These seeds used to grow into the strongest most healthy plants you could ever want.
