At 38 days, for my Bub! Merry Christmas Bub! :smile:

I'm going to keep the updates on this thread. She's in soil, extreme organics. She's a BEAST! Gotta love the sats! I have her in with Grape Krush and Mountain Jam, and she towers over the both of those strains. She has been radically supercropped in an attempt to keep the canopy even and the height manageable. The number of budsites is amazing - supercropping has definite perks

. She's just received a magnesium and iron supplement, no worries - the leaf yellowing is under control, should green up again in a few days!

Good to see some more of HTC's genetics being grown. Do you mind expanding a little, about your environment? Nutes? Looks like you'll have some super dankness, in month. Thanks for sharing!

The 2 best plants Ive ever grown was sunshine 2 and sour d x g13
my ss2 went 75days but had an amazing old skool cough syrup hashy earthy taste awsome potencey and a quatily high that ticks all the right boxs
very good plant

BM, you would have seen more HTC from me and sooner, but when Bub had his bout of trouble I promised him I'd hold on to his genetics and return them to him when he was ready. That's exactly what I did, but I held on to the pack of Sunshine #2. Bub insisted he wanted me to keep something to grow out, and I chose this as the other 3 strains I had were his "legacy" strains, the ones he'd invested an entire life in developing. I always keep a promise.

I'm in a cab/closet grow. Have a 400W in a cool tube, 125/365cfm switchable blower, two passive intakes, and everything so dialled in that growing has actually become boring to me. The plants grow themselves, I just give 'em water and nutes and remove dead leaves. LOL!

Soil is organic - peat moss, humus, perlite, lava. Nutes are 100% organic, I only use Plagron brand - Alga Grow and Alga Flower, seaweed based. Regular supplements of Mag and Cal every two weeks, and nutes only when the plants need them in veg, and every two weeks in flower (about every third watering). A shot of enzymes about 3 weeks before they're done. I give them only water the last 2 1/2 - 3 weeks, and the enzymes help the plants to use up the residual nutes and break up any decomposing matter in the soil.

Boz, how ya doin'? :smile: Glad to hear the Sunshine #2 get such great reviews! Seems to be one of Bub's best kept secrets, I haven't seen many people growing this one out. Mine looks like she's going to go at least 6 more weeks...the Grape Krush in there with her looks like its almost done, and this one's just now stopping the stretch and pumping the buds. Absolutely no odor at all, I was wondering what she tastes like! Thanks for the input.

Shes lookin quite happy blue! youve got a nice structure goin on her. SS#2 shure can explode in growth, as you now see. looks like she'll kick out a decent yeild for you too!

I'm damn proud to be able to show off your gear, and thank you for the opportunity! This one's fixin' to be a major yeilder for sure. Since she obviously goes quite a while, I'm keeping her as balanced as possible with the microelements so she'll keep her leaves...I've hardly had any leaf loss from her yet, except for some of the fans at the bottom. She's gonna be needing those leaves to feed on with a 3 week flush. Still, she's already filled the pot with roots, not rootbound yet and hopefully she won't get there, since she seems to have stopped stretching and root growth no doubt has slowed big time. Ain't she pretty? :smile:

Sorry Brother Monk - after the mass exodus from OG to these boards, I don't spend alot of time here anymore, not even to read.

I guess it's way past update time, huh? Yup....considering this morning was harvest morning.....LOL!

I know you're running these yourself, so I can tell you that the plants take forever to finish - what you will see below went 90 days, I chopped them this morning and the buds are fresh, ready to hang. You'll also see alot of sativa influence...the buds tend to be leafy (mine not so much, I flushed for 3 weeks and she lost almost all the leaves, including the larger fans in the buds), tiny trichs typical of sativas, low odor, bud structure more similar to a hybrid - not loose, well packed but not quite as tight as a pure indica, stacked calyxes - last but not least, the plants grow to be big ass muthas. I kept size under control with smaller pots, but if you have room to do it, let them bitches loose! I couldn't, no room. Superior yeild on my medium-large plant:
