Anyone growing Salmon Creek Big Bud?

I have a clone of the SSBB at about 30 days. She's small due to shoplight floro veg, going to go under 600w for bloom. I've never grown this strain, and all info very mixed, some saying it's great strain and only 60 days, others saying is commercial schwag and 10 weeks. Anyone know the strait scoop on Salmon Creek Big Bud? Need to know: Is it a QUALITY strain? How long for flower cycle? How much stretch? Are there any nute, pest or disease issues with strain? Any and all input is very much appreciated. Thanks.

IMO Big Bud alone is not up 2 much, the yield is massive with a lot of broken branches, but u can sit and smoke half oz if ur a heavy smoker. Im told that Nirvanas bigbud X Northern lights #5 is a good smoke with still a big yield. If you want a good yield as far as i have seen , go for Seriouis seeds, Chronic, very popular. I know a few ppl who grow it, hell, shit loads of ppl grow it round here, i think they must all av gotten theor cuts off of the same dude.

Rocket,

I had a chance to smoke some the other night - it did not taste like fish - but others that night said - it smelled kinda fishy - but high was stone - after smoking it, it not a strain i would grow- because it seems like the real work will come with the cure - seemed to me like a hard to cure or long curing plant.

harry is referring to garden variety big bud, which salmon creek most certainly is not. if memory serves, tom hill had a hand in the SC BB and while it is a fat yielder it is very good smoke as well. hold on to that clone if you can.
