Also, how does it do outdoors. A friend of mine reckons he had good results outdoors in the UK.

An early Early Californian variety crossed with the Skunk #1, very homogenous fast maturing variety, suitable to grow outdoor in many temperate regions.

i grew a couple of these last year in a greenhouse - UK
they went in early july after a couple of my plants decided to be male and left a big gap. anyway they were ready by early oct (would be earlier if they had been planted earlier i guess) nice spicey weed, strong. |

Haleys Comet is a beautiful flowering plant.
Smell this plant is sweetly scented and the smoke is sharp tasting. My Haleys Comet 2007

Yeah, well I am very curious about this strain too: I have purchased it via a well known UK seed bank and only 1out of ten germinated. Nice plant though. A little slow at first but it's picking up now. But the funny thing is that when I told this to the seed vendor they immediately sent me ten more seeds, apparently Haley's comets too but definitely a different batch. Larger seeds and darker. I got ten out of ten with those and more vigor, lot's more. BUT where they really the same strains (no breeders pack for the replacements). I know that FD has been taken over by someone else, have they made a new seed run of HC? If not, I would expect that the new seeds I got are not HC after all.
We'll see in the field I guess! |
