Greetings Petal & All, The pure landrace Mekong Haze from Delta-9 Labs is specifically from Cambodia. We have bonafide established relationships with local farmers who collect seeds for us as we also help the local community in Cambodia. Patience is highly recommended especially from the start, acclimating the seeds to sprout in other regions as does our Dutch bred genetics can take an additional few days in that region to sprout as well. I think you talk about the Pursang Haze...i cant remember Barneys ever sold a Mekong Haze but i could be wrong hereso dont take my word for it...only my two cents..

I was given the opportunity to do a little testgrow of these seeds havent arrived yet, but I start an thread immediately I get em!

I mainly grow sativas, so this is very nice opportunity to grow pure Cambodian landrace!

The Mekong Haze seeds are indeed a pure land race strain from a select group of Khmer(Cambodian) farmers in a remote province that Delta-9 Labs supports. Since it's quiet introduction about 3 years ago, several Amsterdam seed companies/breeders have used the Mekong Haze to come up with their own F1 hybrid variations which you may now see in Amsterdam coffeeshops. The pure land race Mekong Haze variety is still available if you wish to make your own crosses.

In reality pure landrace have difficulty to reach 12 % THC ( nigeria, congo, thaï are from the stronguest ...)

what is the %THC in Mekong Haze approximately ? Can it be compare to Haze original family powerfull near 20 % thc ?

Why naming this strain haze ? is there "haze <<brother>> strain from area bay" genetic in it ?

The Mekong Haze is directly from a select group of farmers from Cambodia that Delta-9 Labs supports. We have not put the strain through a gas chromatograph test so we are unaware of the THC % at the moment. The high is a very strong uplifting Sativa/Haze effect that last quite sometime. This is a pure landrace strain and nothing else from anywhere is in it.
