So here's the deal

10 dead lifts @ 135#s
10 push ups

All you have to do is beat my time of 7 minutes and 14 seconds and post a video.. or you can send me the video at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and I will post it for you.

When you beat my time, I will send you all 3 DVDs

You can see my video at xxxxxxxxx - go to the blog section...

I sped up the footage BUT the time is accurate

It AMAZES me that someone would come on here and ask for vids to be sent to them....this was not an approved contest, would NEVER be approved.

Garden K: You are not off to a very good start here....you need to read the TOU and pay attention to threads which are a Sticky in the forum you are posting in...if you can't do that your time here will be short.
