If you read the thread "Customer Care" you know that MNS and Shanti himself has stood behind its products and today's mail has proven that statement once again. When you combine "The Original and Only" with world-class PERSONAL customer care, it's little wonder why MNS is gaining the well-deserved praise and popularity its received.

No doubt, He replaced a pack of $50 beans (spice) that didn't germ, with a pack of $150 beans (ssh) with only a PM. Had the replacements less than 2 weeks after the p.m., amazing, considering the mail is stupid slow the week of thanksgiving (seedbay took almost 3 wks. from 'shipped' date).

one thing I really love with MNS co is the fact that you can speak directly to the breeder regarding his products..Its very important to be able to do that in my opinion..it shows that shanti stands behind his work and really wants to help growers , he does not do what he does just for the money. Its always good to see happy customers show their appreciation for the excellent service.

Id like to say that some people may believe that MNS seeds are expensive but I disagree.

These seeds have been carefuly bred with patience and a lot of effort and that justifies the cost..Afterall you get 15+ seeds not 10 like with most companies.
If you keep clones the cost seems even less cause you get to enjoy great plants for many years and you ve only paid once.
