double dutch in sunshine #4

hello,

I am a canadian medical marijuana patient.

I want to grow double dutch in sunshine #4.

I currently have 5 gallon and 25 gallon pots.

For flowering, I use 1 1000W HPS per 16 sq ft.

I use sixteen 5 gallon pots or four 25 gallon pots per light.

How would you grow double dutch, 5 gallon or 25 gallon pots?

What EC and PH are you using week to week?

Also, where to get seeds?

Hello Greek Gardner,

I don't know what Sunshine #4 is but I'll guess it's some kind of pre-mix.
Maybe Mosca or someone else knows about it and can help out since I know nothing about that brand.

I would never use 25 gallon other than outside, unless you plan on growing only one plant (legal restrictions?).

I'm sorry but i cant give you any advice on the EC and PH levels because doing so without having any knowledge about the medium would be like playing Russian roulette.

Lastly, as far as I know, all Magus Genetics seeds are available through SB.
In case it's out of stock at this moment, it will be restocked within 2 weeks.

GG- the SS#4 should work well with the Double Dutch. Since this mix is very loose and airy. What nutes you using? This will determine the answers to your other questions. Gerrit is right about using 5 gal buckets over 25 gal ones.

Thanks guys...

I am going to be trying the Advanced Nuts 100% Organic feed on this grow. I really don't even need the EC but rather how heavy of a feed does Double D like? I'll probably run my PH a little lower than Advanced Nuts 6.3 and run a flush every week.

As for the 25 gallon pots, I have actually grown indoors in them before. My grow room has 16' ceilings so I have grown some real tree sativas indoors and got monster yields. Believe it or not, I have done the same with several indicas and got huge yields.

Very nice gg! I have taken Double Dutch to 2.1 (ec) in hydro with no problems. Just like anything else, it's sometimes best to experiment to find what works best for your set-up.

How long are you vegging for? Got any pics of your grow? Also, what other additives are you are using?
