Costa Rica? - Español (Spanish) - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

Sorry for not speaking Spanish, but I don't really know it. I was gonna ask if anyone could tell me about Costa Rica and the ganja situation down there. Especially laws regarding cultivation, most importantly Are the cops hard? Do alot of people get busted?. Never had any Costa Rican herb, so If some one could enlighten me I'd be much interested.

Also if some one could fill me in on places where living is most affordable, nice and the land is cheap. I've been looking at ways to get out of the 9-5 working world of daily life, and out of the borders just seems to be the way to go. The real estate I've seen there is dead cheap, but I'd like to know any hot spots, developing places especially.

Not sure about southamerica but what about Maroco or Croatia? heard its cheap there and also good weather conditons.

A smoker friend spends time there, has a property..... Carib coast is cheaper, very humid, so rotproof strain essential, bud can cost a lot, plenty of travellers to sell to, real fun jails to spend time in if it all goes wrong. Cops can be bought, but you cannot buy all of the cops all of the time......
