Studying in Spain for the summer
Pardon me for not speaking Spanish, but I'm interested in spending time in Spain to teach myself the language further. I'm just planning on going there for the summer semester and I was wondering how easy it would be to get good herb in Spain. Also which places have the best herb?
Are the laws against weed harsh?
