I'll be heading to Jamaica on a cruise and I want to mail some back. I was thinking about putting about a small amount inside birthday cards and mailing them to a PO Box I've set up. I was thinking about spreading it out inside a 2"x2" baggy inside the card to keep it flat. Maybe add a few seeds too for growing when I get home.

So, what do you guys think? Doable? Anyone ever done it before? Are there dogs at the postal centers? Would they hit on a letter? I was also thinking about just folding up some paper to give the entire envelope some bulk so you couldn't feel anything unless you were actually feeling for little seeds.

BTW, I'd be mailing it all from the Cayman Islands and not Jamaica. I figure there would be less scrutiny of letters from there.

If it has to go through customs don't do it. The weed in Jamaica isn't that great anyway.

Unless you know peeps or have hookups down there, you're going to be paying US prices for *decent* smoke, or little money for a bail of sticks and stems. 50 and 1/8th 100 a 1/4. Maybe more.

No joke either... my boy just got back. The only place he found the dankness was from one young guy after he stepped off the plane at the airport. Nothing but schwag the entire rest of the trip.

He's in the canna business too, but didn't have a connect down there, and picked through sticks and seeds the entire time.

After re-reading your post tho, sounds like exactaly what you're looking for.

You're probably safer ordering from a seed company, and you'll get better seeds.

If you do find some good weed (i found some really sweet smelling fat nugs) you can try sending in coffee cans.However,i never tried this as it was 5 mins before i needed to leave and this guy just told me this.I had to leave behind atleast a half ounce of that sweet weed and a few grams of hash,it really sucked.good luck and be safe how ever you try it.

What I'm thinking is this... Take about a joint worth of smoke, put it into a small 2"x2" zip lock baggie, flatten it down, place it inside a birthday card and mail it. You'd never notice that anything is there because the baggie is so flat and the card is stiff. My only worry is dogs alerting on it. But, I'm also thinking that plain old letters just zip on through. I mean they must get millions every day. And what of significance can you put in a letter anyway? And, being it's coming from the Cayman Islands where there isn't a big illegal trade problem, it shouldn't get scrutinized.

Anyone have REAL experience they'd like to share? Anyone know the post office procedures?

I've mailed cannabis, but never through US mail. Always used fed-ex cuz they don't check anything. I don't have international experience, but I do know that customs does use dogs.

And, you definitely can fit something of significance in a letter. Dealers were sneaking heroin in to jails by ironing it down on paper and having inmates reconstitute it.

MARY ESTHER — A man faces drug charges after a Federal Express office in Orlando notified Okaloosa County Sheriff ’s deputies that a suspicious package was on its way to an address on Crestwood Street.

After a drug-sniffing dog alerted to narcotics Oct. 18 at the Fort Walton Beach Federal Express office, investigators set up a controlled delivery and arrested 36-year-old Rodolfo Alejandro “Alex” Deleon, according to a Sheriff ’s Office report.

Investigators found less than 20 grams of marijuana, some cocaine and $2,000 in cash in the home. But a U-Haul Storage receipt led them to another pound of marijuana in the storage unit.

Deleon is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a church, possession of cocaine, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
