You can get Comcast's Law Enforcement Handbook here. (PDF) It was leaked by someone. I haven't read the whole thing yet but it's all their procedures for dealing with the litttle piggers I guess. Should have some good info

Im willing to bet the comcast guide is fairly common considering its designed to keep them from being sued for privacy violations.

Verite: agreed, I wouldn't expect much deviation from it to other cable companies. What's this teach us? Use a proxy, don't use your ISP's email.
