I'm thinking about a apartment, but will see. Something small and nice and close for me to crawl back at the end of the night. lol. Looking forward to meeting you all. Hopefully I will have some nice samples of OE, Trainwreck, and Bangkok Betty to share with all, or till the free samples run out.
Take care, BG |

Thanks for starting the thread. I will definately be there. I too was thinking apartment. Would love to hear about icmers with rentals. Last year I found it all to be very expensive and some of us have challenged currencies. Scruffy...don't know where you're flying from, but my research looks like about $200. more than last year.
Hey Ronley...can't wait to see you. |

I might actually enter something this year, I've got a Zamal hybrid lady that is a possibility if she turns out as good as she is looking to be. I reckon I'm gonna rent an apartment this year and bring a few friends with me.

No problem Vinevamp. I can't wait to make it out there. I think my plane ticket is going to kill me. I think the apartment isn't going to be bad, since I might share with a person, but the plane ticket is going to be high. It will be worth it in the end. Meeting friends, making new ones and entering a couple of crosses.
British_Hempire, good luck with your Hybird. I'm sure it will do well. Should be a very fun time for sure. Wish we would hear something about the cup, but I'm sure it won't be till after the HTCC. Take care all, BG |

I only just realised that the 19th April is the first night of Passover and so I will not be able to go to Amsterdam.

Sorry to hear it Ronley, you will be missed by me and I'm sure others. I checked on prices for my airline ticket. WOW, a full grand to fly over for about 4-5 days. It's worth it and I'm loooking forward to the trip.
Take care, BG |

Besides, the first night of passover is important to me, family, tradition, sedar night etc. This year is just bad dates. And I am really sorry to miss it. I thought of just arriving in Amsterdam on the 20th, it might be a possibility and I will look into it. |

My research is showing about 12-1500 for plane and hotel. I'd like to find the cheapest spot to flop down for a few hours, and maybe a hot shower, not a 5-star place. Also, for any US citizens, apply for your passport NOW, even if you're not 100% sure to go. You will avoid much misery and expense. They are averaging a 6-month wait for processing apps.
I am trying to convince 2 friends to come, although I'm almost certain they won't. Time is ticking away. Hope to see you all there. scruff |
