Well heres round 2 with the oxy-pot with the Mr Nice Shit again. Im just gonna run through how its gonna be done this time theres no roots comin through the net pot i only put it in today.Few changes to the system iv added a ceramic airstone instead of the plain fishtank stone, iv also added a porous ring which wiil float on the water under the net pot for aded air to those roots..

...U can see the ring in the picture as well as the twin outlet valve to control the flow of air to0 the ring and the stone otherwise the air just goes through the ring and doesnt reach the stone.

This is the plant it should pick up over the next week theyve had a bit of a nute def cuz of not bein repotted for so long, fof those of u who saw the roots on my last one well have to see wot difference the ring makes. im using vita-link nutes again and theres bio-bizz root juice in there too to get them roots goin. Il update again next week hopefully the roots should b gettin down into the water....also iv used perlite instead of the hydroton balls , just thought id give it a try....

The roots have finally started to get into the water, last time round the roots were ten times better than this, i shud of stuck to the hydroton balls which il b usin next time round.The ph is a little high at nearly 7 so i need to get it down and im also needin to get some h202 cuz i got some brown scum on my roots, any ideas on this???

As u can see the plant has picked up and the nute defo is going, but my coco soil mix is beatin the hydro, haha. Soil is best lol. So by next week the plant shud be goin for it and gaining some roots and size, probly gonna stick her into flower mid next week.peace

This is a vast improvement over the past two days....next update she'l b goin into flower.....

Shes under the 400 hps now, still on the grow feed for another week until she starts showin some flowers,Ph is nice at just under 6, but the water temp is only 16 degrees celcius, i kno this is too low, i just got the thermometer yesterday. Growth rate has greatly improved above and below....

You can see the roots are gettin some size to em, theyre really gettin down into the water....
...and here she is above ground iv trimmed up all the thick growth at the bottom to concentrate on six or seven main kholas, shes picked up and grown alot since last friday and still hasnt caught up with the soil coco mix but lets see wot happens to em now they go into flower


ILL be feedin her vita-link bloom and im goin to use the b'cuzz bloom stimulator instead of the top-max bloom stimulator, iv had it for ages but havent tried it so il see how it is over the top-max, iv also heard the top-max isnt as good as peopl think, but i hav had good results with it. til next week

plant is lookin good, catching up with the soil and startin to show signs of flowers and the root system is like ten times bigger than it was last week
U can see she has taken off since bein put into flower, shes gonna overtake the soil plants in no time


heres all of them. Ph is still good and temp is still too low in the water but shes doin well so il leave it at that for now, water is bein changed tonite and the bloom nutes are goin in....laters till next time

Iv been away from these plants for over a week in Switzerland and my mums taken good care of em lol yeh my mum....

As u can see the hydro plant is as big as the soil plants and it has more bud but less trichs
this is the main bud, they are all around the same size all over so yield shuold be nice


shes lookin really healthy and the root system is phenominal im gonna bump up the feed and stat adding the bloom stimulator
I havent had time to check water temp and ph cuz of bein away but all must be good cuz iv got no probs but il check em later, il update again soon with root pics....

check out the tap root comin out of the side of the net pot on the left, its nearly thesize of my little finger in thickness.
I just checked the ph of the wate and its way too high nearly 8, the plant looks ok though, im adding the b'cuzzz bloom stimulator and some ph down to get it at ph 6.....
